Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of freight and ensuring efficient fleet management.

Jovic Inc. is a family owned and operated trucking firm servicing its customers since 2008. We are in search of a knowledgeable and enthusiastic individual who loves transportation and is willing to grow with us.
Duties:
- Obtain freight from customers.
- Handle requests from customer.
- Plan, organize and dispatch units.
- Know DOT/ELD rules and regulations.
- Work with drivers to insure growth and profitability of the company.
- Must be a team player and have friendly communication skills, verbal and written.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience working in trucking industry, 2 years preferred.
- Must have knowledge of routes/highways in the USA and DOT/ELD rules/regulations.
- Able to use a computer with knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Able to learn all software associated with job function. (Training Provided)
- Must be dependable and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to think critically, solve problems, and make decisions.
