What You Will Be Doing
- Daily coding of individual accounts on “Core” system to track status of vehicle leases.
- Provide daily lease ending quotes (i.e. remaining term/balance to satisfy member interest in vehicle).
- Perform file maintenance on existing accounts as authorized (assumption of lease or change of ownership from Fusion to Credit Union).
- Report exceptions/findings daily and monitoring by contacting Fusion/Dealership or members to ensure proper resolution.
- Daily answering of member, third party, and staff inquiries pertaining to vehicle leases (i.e. assumption of leases, hardships, lease buyouts, etc.).
- Proper and timely communication/notification within the various departments within the Credit Union to ensure proper coding and processing of all lease accounts.
- Lease Portfolio monitoring to ensure the collateral/lease records are set up correctly to ensure 100% financial reimbursement to the Credit Union at the end of the lease.
- Daily processing of lease checks to purchase or satisfy member’s interest in vehicle.
- Minimum two years in related mortgage/lending servicing experience.
- P.C skills in MS Word/Excel required.
- Must have proven track record in these areas and be conversant with all applicable laws and regulations, including FMNA, Fair Lending Practices Act, secondary market and mortgage closing procedures.
- Must incorporate time management skills and maintain required performance expectations.
- Must be flexible and realize that working hours are subject to change.
- Internet speed of 100 mbps or higher required (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net).
- Able to dedicate a quiet space for daily work that is free of sound interruptions.
