We are seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our Healthcare Quality Unit team at Joveo. As a Registered Nurse with an Associate's degree, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the organization's goals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Total care of assigned clients, including assessment, reassessment, establishment of nursing diagnoses, formulation of the written plan of care, implementation of care, and evaluation of care.
- Initiation of health care training and education to the client / family as required.
- SUPERVISION OF OTHER LICENSED AND NON-LICENSED NURSING PERSONNEL FOR ASSIGNED UNITS.
