Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine mechanical maintenance tasks, including equipment, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
- Installation of new equipment.
- Conduct equipment inspections equipment to proactively identify potential issues.
- Respond promptly to mechanical requests and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of mechanical activities and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with other duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Experience in reading diagrams, schematics, and service manuals.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Experience working with bearing, gears, and shafts with precise tolerances.
- Experience in servicing and installing hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects; minimum 30 pounds.
