Wealth Planner

This is a role for someone who wants to go deep on the craft of financial planning — the modeling, the strategy, the moment a complex situation finally becomes a clear recommendation.

Journey Wealth is a fast-growing RIA, and we're building a centralized planning team to power it. You won't be tied to one advisor's book. You'll be part of a dedicated planning engine that serves the whole firm, which means more variety, faster skill-building, and teammates who care about getting it right — not a solo seat where you reinvent the wheel on every plan.

The Role
You'll build and deliver comprehensive financial plans across the firm's client base, working from a shared, repeatable process that keeps quality high as we grow. Because you'll see the full range of what our clients face, you'll build range fast — and as an early member of the team, you'll help shape the templates, workflow, and standards the function runs on.

What You'll Do

• Build comprehensive financial plans across cash flow, tax strategy, retirement and income, estate, insurance, and risk.
• Partner with advisors firm-wide to prep for client meetings — running scenarios, modeling strategies, and packaging insights they can present with confidence.
• Turn complex, multi-faceted situations into clear recommendations.
• Help build the team's playbook as we scale.

What You Bring

• A strong foundation in financial planning across the core domains above.
• Experience with planning software (eMoney or similar) and Salesforce.
• The analytical judgment to turn data into a recommendation — and the organization to run multiple plans in parallel without being chased.
• Clear communication and a collaborative instinct.
