Responsibilities
- Provide front desk support, greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist in office management tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document preparation, calendar management, and correspondence.
- Perform bookkeeping duties as needed, including basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks.
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and providing information in a timely manner.
- Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
- Manage scheduling and appointments for team members while ensuring efficient time management.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling clerical tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus; bookkeeping experience is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry and filing.

- Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on providing support and assistance to clients.
- Experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist is beneficial but not required.
