What You’ll Do
- Lead 1-hour after-school classes for students in grades K–5, following our step-by-step curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
- Manage class materials and ensure a safe classroom experience.
- Communicate with parents, schools, and our team as needed.
- Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Schedule
- Classes run approximately 1 hour, typically starting between 2:00 PM–4:00 PM on school days.
- Teach 2–5 days per week depending on your availability.
- Flexible part-time schedule—perfect for educators, students, or professionals seeking meaningful work.
- Opportunities for more hours during school breaks and summer (optional).
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience working with or leading groups of children.
- Available at least 3 weekday afternoons during the school year.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Nice-to-Have (Not Required)
- Experience with LEGO robotics, coding, or STEM instruction.
- Classroom or group management experience.
- Interest in pursuing a career in education or youth programs.

Location: Positions open in Hillsboro, Beaverton, Newberg, Happy Valley, Tigard, Oregon City, all throughout the Portland Metro (Willingness to travel to multiple sites is a plus!)
