Summary/Objective
The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for client care, maintaining complete and accurate medical records, and scheduling appointments as needed. The Nurse Practitioner will work with Substance abuse clients, as well as mental health clients as necessary.

- Completes initial assessment and intake of the client as required by the governing field
- Update client records with each visit
