Pay: From $50,000 per year
The BCaBA works together with their assigned teams to continually monitor each learner’s progress in order to provide the most relevant treatment. The BCaBA under the BCBA supervision is responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive initial and ongoing behavioral assessments.
- Creating and developing individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed
- Collaborate with treatment team (director, parents and other support network) to review case progress
- Provide training, supervision, and support for clinicians and therapists, in all policies and procedures
- Communicate with funding sources regarding client progress, reports, meetings, authorizations, etc.
- Provides information about programming to parents.
- Attends IEP meetings as needed for the progress of the learner's therapy goals.
- Works collaboratively with other members of children’s treatment team and family.
- Communicates with Behavior Technicians, BCBAs and Clinical Manager regarding developments, problems or concerns as needed.
- Complete all clinical documentation in a thorough, efficient, and timely manner, in compliance with internal and external quality and regulatory requirements.
You must have:
- Board Certified A. Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification
- Current State of Michigan Behavior Analyst Licensure
- Must possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills
- Experience managing a team of clinical staff and mentoring supervisory-level clinicians
- Aptitude to engage in higher-level management functions when required
- Ability to communicate with us routinely, regarding schedules and client's changing needs
