Job Description

Because we believe in the beauty found in differences, Journey School will be using a variety of different therapies and methodology including but not limited to: speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, behavior therapy, and Son-Rise to enable and to educate. Our students will focus on life and behavior skills needed to thrive in their homes and everyday activities. We want each child to have the freedom to focus on their individual talents and gifts while learning all they need to thrive as empowered individuals.

Statement of Faith

Staff must agree with the following statement of Faith that guides the ministry of Journey School for the Uniquely Gifted and Talented:

There is one sovereign God in three persons: The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit.

HomeWell Care Services FL263 is looking for a dedicated Contract Sales Consultant to help us expand our reach and sign new client contracts as part of our continued growth across the Hillsborough County.

Role Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and securing new clients through networking, outreach, and referrals.
  • Delivering persuasive presentations and tailored pitches to potential customers.
  • Negotiating and closing contracts with professionalism and integrity.
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and providing regular performance reports.
  • Collaborating with operations and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize growth.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or service industries.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding monthly acquisition targets (15 clients).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build long‐term client relationships and foster trust.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales pipelines, and reporting.
  • Self‐motivated, resilient, and goal‐oriented with excellent time management skills.

  • Existing network in healthcare, wellness, or community organizations.
  • Experience with digital marketing or social media outreach.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary

  • Annual salary range: $35,000 - $65,000
  • Equivalent monthly gross pay: $2,917 - $5,417 (before taxes)
  • W‐2 position with consistent payroll and tax withholding

Performance Bonus Structure

  • Client Acquisition Bonus: $200 per client after the first 15 each month
    • Example:
      • 15 clients = base salary only
      • 20 clients = base salary $1,000 bonus
      • 25 clients = base salary $2,000 bonus
      • 30 clients = base salary $3,000 bonus
  • Quarterly Performance Bonus: $2,500 for consistently meeting/exceeding 15 clients per month for 3 consecutive months
  • Referral Bonus: $500 for each referral that results in a signed client contract
  • Community Partnership Bonus: $1,000 for securing a new partnership with a hospital, clinic, or senior living facility
