Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge in Human Services and working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to effectively support team members and individuals
- Training experience in implementing support strategies and programs
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to providing quality care
- Ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is preferred
- Prior experience in a caregiving role is a plus
