We have several long-term Private Duty Nursing positions available across Snohomish and King Counties. Please let us know if you're interested.
- Mukilteo (Pediatric/ Trach): Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM; Saturday and Sunday, 3 PM to 11 PM (flexible). -Vent experience Required
- Marysville (Pediatric): Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for day shifts.
- Marysville (Female/ Trach & vent) All Day/ Day shift
- Lynnwood (Male/Trach & vent): Several shifts are open.
- Monroe (Female): Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for day shifts.
- Seattle (Male/ Trach, no vent): Current opens for both days and nights- - Rehab experience a PLUS
- Tacoma (Male, Trach & vent) several days open.
- Redmond (pediatric) back up coverage- days and nights- Vent experience Required
Additionally, are addition looking to hire a RN Case Manager with vent experience for both North Snohomish & South King County. In this role, a nurse could manage the care and nurse training for PDN nurses and complete RN Delegation visits.
Rates:
- RN: $42 - $52 per hour (base)
- LPN: $36 - $42 per hour (base)
- Additionally, night shift differentials apply.
- Specialty differentials are available for certain clients.
- With differentials, hourly rates may reach up to $59 for RN and $49 for LPN, dependent on experience, shift, and client.

Essential Job Functions:
- 1:1 Private duty nursing: Potentially: Trach/ vent, TPN
- Will see patients in a variety of community settings.
- Admit patients, and establish care goals.
- Establishes and maintains the plan of care and reviews progress to goals.
- Coordinated Care with providers and interdisciplinary teams
- Assess, treat, implement, and evaluate patients.
- Seeking Nurses for long-term care.
- Administers medications according to provider orders.
- Delegate Care to Caregivers in community settings.
- Comfortable providing education to nurses, caregivers, families, and patients.
- Fosters a high-performing culture of excellence that drives employee engagement and provides exceptionally reliable, safe, high-quality patient care.
- Perform other job-related duties as needed.
Qualifications/Educational Requirements:
- Current Washington state RN/LPN license in good standing
- Current BLS
- One (1) year of nursing experience is preferred. WILL TRAIN NEW GRADS
