Duties

• Safely move and park new and used vehicles within designated dealership areas using manual transmission or automatic vehicles
• Assist with vehicle deliveries to customers, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
• Maintain clean and organized parking lots, ensuring clear pathways and proper signage for guests and staff
• Provide exceptional guest services by greeting visitors, directing them to appropriate departments, and answering basic questions about the dealership
• Support the dealership’s retail operations by handling cash transactions for parking fees or related services with accuracy and integrity
• Conduct routine inspections of vehicles for damage or cleanliness before delivery or display
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding vehicle status, lot organization, and customer needs to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission preferred
• Strong guest service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to operate dealership vehicles safely in parking areas and on public roads
• Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
• Previous dealership experience or familiarity with automotive environments is a plus
• Experience as a delivery driver or cashier is advantageous; retail math skills are helpful for handling cash transactions accurately
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs; proficiency in multiple languages enhances guest interactions
• Capable of handling cash accurately and maintaining confidentiality during cash handling procedures
