We are looking for a passionate, experienced healthcare professional to join us as our Founding Instructor. As we prepare for our 2026 launch, you will play a key role in shaping the next generation of clinical professionals.
The Role
We are looking for one (or two) instructors to lead our Phlebotomy Technician and Clinical Medical Assistant programs. You will be responsible for:
- Delivering engaging lectures and hands-on clinical lab instruction.
- Preparing students for National Certification Exams (NHA/NCCT).
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and professional lab environment.
- Tracking student progress and clinical competencies.
Mandatory Qualifications (New Jersey State Requirements)
To comply with NJ Private Career School regulations, all applicants must meet the following:
1. Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of full-time practical experience as a Phlebotomist or Medical Assistant.
2. Certification: Must hold a current National Certification (e.g., CPT, CCMA, RMA, or RN/LPN license).
3. Education: High School Diploma required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field preferred).
4. Licensing Process: Must be willing to provide professional credentials (resume, certifications, and diploma) to be submitted for state instructor approval.
