As we grow and expand our Hospice PA program, we are looking for a full-time Clinical Liaison! This position would be based in the Downingtown, PA area, but will be a road-warrior, covering Chester County, PA. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and robust benefits!
The Clinical Liaison promotes Journey Hospice to the community, local hospitals, medical centers, physicians, case managers, social workers and other healthcare professionals to maintain a healthy census in the skilled nursing community.
Assists the Marketing Department in promoting Journey Hospice to the community to the local area through participation on local boards, community groups, neighborhood block associations, and other organizations.
Represents Journey Hospice in local organizations.
Serves as patient advocate when residents are hospitalized.
Education/Training/Certifications
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; RN or LPN from an accredited school.
Valid PA Drivers License
Experience
Sales experience in a healthcare setting.
