WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER?
- Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies aligned with company goals
- Create and manage internal and external communications across multiple platforms
- Lead content strategy, including website, social media, email, and marketing materials
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels
- Manage public relations efforts, including media outreach and press releases
- Use data and analytics to evaluate performance and guide strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and share key information
- Support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives
- Develop crisis communication plans and support issue management
- Oversee marketing projects, timelines, and budgets using project management tools
- Lead and mentor marketing team members, setting priorities and ensuring execution
- Stay current on marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- 5–10 years of progressive marketing and communications experience
- Experience leading or mentoring a team
- Experience in both strategic planning and hands-on execution
- Graphic design experience
- Photography and/or videography experience
- Strong strategic thinking and marketing acumen
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong understanding of branding, messaging, and audience engagement
- Analytical mindset with ability to use data to drive decisions
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- High attention to detail and organization
- Ability to lead as a hands-on, working manager
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and marketing tools
- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools
