Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Nurse (RN) to provide mobile wound care services to patients in the Palm Springs and Indio area. This role involves traveling to patient locations to perform treatments such as wound misting and conservative wound care. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care during the recovery process.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to patient locations to provide wound care treatments
- Perform procedures including wound misting and conservative wound management
- Assess, monitor, and document wound healing progress
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and overall well-being during each visit
- Complete and submit accurate progress notes within 24 hours of each visit
- Communicate effectively with care teams as needed
Requirements:
- Active California RN license
- Experience in wound care preferred (training can be provided)
- Reliable transportation and willingness to commute within Palm Springs / Indio area
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
