What You'll Do
We are looking for team members who can contribute in the kitchen, front of house, or both. Cross-training is encouraged.
Kitchen / Cook Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food in a certified USDA kitchen
- Prep and cook efficiently in large quantities
- Follow recipes and specifications accurately
- Follow detailed instructions and complete tasks on time
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food-safety standards
- Work independently while communicating with supervisors and teammates
Front of House Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive customer service
- Take orders accurately
- Handle payments and money responsibly
- Serve and bus tables
- Answer customer phone calls
- Keep the café clean, organized, and inviting
- Help create a warm and positive experience for every guest
