We are seeking a full-time Electronic Banking Representative to join our team and work on-site at our Muncy Office.
The Electronic Banking Representative is responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the electronic banking operations function; coordinating work within the department, as well as with other departments; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information.
Essential Responsibilities
Performs a variety of duties to support the electronic banking operations function which include but are not limited to:
Coordinates specific work tasks with other personnel within the department as well as with other departments in order to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week, flexible to work additional hours as needed.

Essential Responsibilities
Performs a variety of duties to support the electronic banking operations function which include but are not limited to:
- Process ATM/Debit Card Orders and maintain accurate records
- Assist with processing of various customer electronic transactions received; Monitors and adds customer travel notes for card transactions.
- Maintains a file and log of "hot" cards; Logs captured card cards and maintains destruction date; analyzes returned cards to determine reason for return and make corrections
- Performs file maintenance of electronic banking systems and new accounts
- Reviews and balances daily electronic reports and processes corrections; Performs backup for ATM settlement.
- Assists customers, Electronic Banking Specialist, and supervisor with ancillary electronic banking products, such as: Telephone banking, Online banking, Mobile banking, Zelle, Bill pay, E-delivery, SecurLock, External transfers, etc.
- Assists with organizing chargeback dispute documentation, scans and files dispute log.
- Daily sorting and filing of electronic banking products
- Supports and assists with Deposit Operations personnel with monitoring, reporting, and data input related to duties assigned.
- A minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
- One year experience in related banking position preferred.
- Proficient reading, writing and grammar skills; proficient math and PC skills; moderate interpersonal and communicative skills; moderate analytical and problem-solving skills; visual and auditory skills.
