This is a full-time, on-site role located in Boca Raton, FL, for an Aviation Maintenance Admin. The role involves supporting aircraft maintenance operations through accurate record-keeping, coordinating maintenance schedules, facilitating communications between maintenance teams and other departments, and ensuring compliance with applicable aviation regulations. The Aviation Maintenance Admin will also assist with inventory management, document updates, and customer service needs related to maintenance activities.
- Knowledge and experience in Aircraft Maintenance and Aviation processes
- Strong verbal and written Communication and Customer Service skills
- Understanding of Aircraft operations and maintenance requirements
- Proficiency in using maintenance software and documentation systems is a plus
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Familiarity with FAA regulations and aviation standards is advantageous
- Aviation or technical training certification is preferred
