Compensation & Schedule
Pay Rate Employment Type Min. Hours (PT) Schedule
$75 – $95/hr Full or Part-Time 10 hrs/week Flexible
Pay placement within the range is based on experience and caseload scope. This is an hourly contractor role — health benefits are not included.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments; develop
- Monitor client progress through regular data analysis and adjust interventions to drive meaningful outcomes.
- Supervise and mentor a team of RBTs — providing guidance, training, and treatment fidelity oversight.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, speech therapists, OTs, and educators to deliver coordinated, whole-child care.
- Complete session notes, progress reports, and all documentation on time and in compliance with BACB and Georgia state requirements.

- Active BCBA certification in good standing (required).
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience as a BCBA, ideally with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Must reside in the state of Georgia, and or have your Georgia State Licensure
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to adjust programs based on progress trends.
- Genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and their families.
