For this role, it's required that you are based in the NYC area to attend in-person meetings and networking events.

We're looking for a motivated, early-career Account Executive (Agency Sales) to join our growing team and drive revenue from top advertising agencies in NYC. We are a product driven AI company rethinking creative work of the future. In this role, you'll help agencies unlock new value for the brands they serve by integrating our platform into their media strategies, digital campaigns, and customer experience ecosystems and redefine how brands connect with people through the power of AI.

What You'll Do:

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new relationships with advertising agencies and their account teams
  • Educate agencies on how Journee's unique solutions can enhance brand storytelling, engagement, and conversion for their clients
  • Work cross-functionally with product and marketing to tailor solutions for specific verticals (Auto, Fashion, Beauty etc.)
  • Grow pipeline and hit quarterly sales targets through focused outreach and follow-ups
  • Attend industry events, demos, and agency meetings, becoming a trusted voice for AI-powered marketing solutions

Who You Are:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales/ account management (media/tech/advertising fields a plus) or agency-side client service experience
  • Strong communicator with a genuine curiosity about how brands engage audiences with new immersive AI technology
  • Comfortable navigating agency dynamics - you know how to read a room and speak to creative, media, and strategy teams
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage a pipeline with little hand-holding
  • Based in the NYC area for meetings and networking
