About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Analyst, Walmart eCommerce & Channel Marketing to support growth and optimize performance across Walmart.com.
This role will contribute to digital sales performance by analysing data, optimising content, supporting media execution, and helping the team turn insights into action — all within a fast-paced consumer products environment. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn the Walmart ecosystem and develop expertise in eCommerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Walmart.com sales growth by monitoring assortment performance, pricing, and promotional activity
- Own digital shelf excellence across content updates, SEO improvements, and ratings & reviews tracking
- Execute Walmart Connect media campaigns, including sponsored search and display, and track ROAS and performance metrics
- Analyse and interpret performance data to surface insights and translate them into actionable growth plans
- Monitor and maintain inventory readiness, flagging in-stock issues and coordinating with Sales & Supply Chain teams
- Manage item setup, content syndication, and catalogue optimisation within Walmart systems
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure deadlines and retailer requirements are met
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, retail, or a related analytical role
- Hands-on experience with the Walmart ecosystem, including tools such as Retail Link, Item 360, and Walmart Connect
- Experience managing or supporting digital media campaigns such as sponsored search and display advertising
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability with a proven ability to interpret data and drive recommendations
- Experience with content or analytics tools such as Salsify, Syndigo, Profitero, or Pacvue preferred
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, results-oriented, and collaborative with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
