Responsibilities
- Enforce local, state, and federal laws to preserve community safety.
- Conduct criminal investigations, gather evidence, and prepare detailed reports.
- Respond promptly to emergency calls, disturbances, and incidents requiring police intervention.
- Engage with the community to build relationships and promote crime prevention initiatives.
- Handle animal care and management when required in law enforcement situations.
- Monitor surveillance systems to identify suspicious activities or security threats.
- Collaborate with other law enforcement agencies during investigations and emergency operations.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills in leadership, report writing, crime prevention, and public safety.

Qualifications & Experience
- Must be a Basic Licensed Peace Officer in Texas.
- Knowledge of criminal investigation techniques and evidence handling is an advantage.
- Strong leadership abilities to manage situations effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in report writing for accurate case documentation.
- Understanding of surveillance methods and loss prevention strategies is beneficial.
