A Joule Account Manager creates long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers job requisitions, providing an exceptional, concierge level of service to help grow, along with the Account Executive, the account relationship, building barriers of entry from competition.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our staffing solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Order Intake/order qualification
- Order entry
- Second Voice candidates for submittal
- Follow up with client for feedback on resumes and interviews
- QC Calls with clients
- Participation on Account Business Reviews if required by client
- EOD touchpoint with recruiters on activity for priority orders
- Proven work experience in recruiting, account relationship.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Solid experience with Bullhorn software, search tools and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Experience delivering client-focused staffing solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
