Responsibilities:
- AI Support projects for AI Improvements
- ISA database support projects
- study report summaries
- ST forms (setting up study docs)
- Fragrance regulation support (SB258, SB312, EU extended allergen calcs…etc.)
- Assess whether an HRIPT is needed for formulas with changes in fragrance
- SharePoint data review of tox files for completeness (i.e. market introductions all filed in folders)
- Bachelor’s Degree (Biological Sciences major is preferred not required)
- Toxicology background is a plus
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience
- Consumer goods experience, professional toxicology experience, safety ingredient background preferred
- Project management exp a plus
- Communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office – strong Excel
- AI experience (Copilot, ChatGPT) also a plus
