Overview

The Sr. Associate Scientist will join a collaborative, interdisciplinary team to support the advancement of a preclinical ADC pipeline. This role focuses on hands-on execution of in vitro cell-based assays, data analysis, and general lab operations to drive research efforts and deliver actionable scientific insights.

Responsibilities

• Perform in vitro cell-based screening assays on ADCs and ADC payloads

• Conduct mammalian cell culture and related laboratory techniques

• Analyze experimental data using relevant software and present results to internal teams

• Support experimental design and troubleshooting of assays

• Manage general laboratory operations, including inventory, equipment maintenance, and waste management

• Maintain compliance with safety training and good laboratory practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology or a related discipline

• 1–3 years of experience with mammalian cell culture and in vitro cell-based assays

• Experience designing experiments and interpreting scientific data

• Proficiency with data analysis software (e.g., GraphPad Prism) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Familiarity with general biology lab tasks and procedures
