Job Title: Senior CMC Project Manager
Location: Seattle, WA 98109
Contractor Work Model: Hybrid
Hours: 40 hours, M-F
Compensation: $61.10 - $74.55/hr
Type: Contract, Potential for extension or conversion to permanent
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects supporting cell therapy development and product portfolios.
- Partner with project, functional, and workstream leads to achieve project objectives, including strategic initiatives and program assets.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, resources, scheduling, and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and resources; communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Facilitate project team meetings and ensure alignment across departments and external partners.
- Monitor project execution and quality, implementing change controls and resolving issues and risks.
- Conduct regular project reviews, evaluate outcomes, and implement continuous improvements.
- Use project management tools and templates consistent with CTD PMO best practices.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.
- 5 years experience in biotech/life sciences project management; cell therapy experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or related discipline.
- PMP qualification preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Project, Office Timeline Pro, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, SharePoint, etc.
- Strong knowledge of biopharma industry, including end-to-end CMC drug development and GMP manufacturing.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with matrixed teams and maintain strong business relationships.
- Strong leadership, conflict resolution, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to navigate and bring clarity in a dynamic environment.
