Working in Toxicology group, some clinical. The Safety Data Associate will support regulatory safety operations by collecting, organizing, and maintaining product safety data within Excel-based systems. This role will also be responsible for communicating with external suppliers to obtain required documentation and ensure the accuracy and completeness of regulatory safety information. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, and able to work independently once trained.

- 1–2 years of experience in data management or project management (regulatory or safety experience preferred but not required).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including working with spreadsheets, data entry, and basic functions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently after training and maintain consistent attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to compose clear and professional emails for external supplier
- Maintain and update regulatory safety data in Excel, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Track and manage incoming documentation from suppliers to support compliance activities.
- Communicate professionally with external suppliers via email to request missing information, clarify data requirements, and follow up on outstanding items.
- Organize and store documentation in alignment with internal processes and regulatory standards.
- Support project timelines by staying on task and managing assigned work with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with cross functional partners as needed to ensure timely completion of data related requirements.
