Job Title: Quality Assurance Representative
Location: Redmond, WA
Type: Contract
Compensation: $20.00
Hours: 8am- 5pm Mon- Fri
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and non-routine biochemical and chemical analysis of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products according to established operating procedures.
- Compile data for documentation of test procedures, including stability program testing and formulation studies.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory and analytical equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Participate in the preparation of investigations, summaries, and reports on laboratory findings.
- Review data obtained for compliance to specifications and report abnormalities or deviations.
- Revise and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed to reflect current practices and standards.
- Perform special projects related to analytical and instrument troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Develop testing and analysis methods and procedures in accordance with established guidelines and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 or more years of relevant laboratory experience in biochemical or chemical analysis.
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures, analytical methods, and instrumentation calibration.
- Ability to compile, analyze, and review scientific data in compliance with specifications.
- Experience preparing investigations, reports, and SOP documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality protocols.
- Basic understanding of laboratory routines and decision-making guidelines.
- Relevant education or training in chemistry, biochemistry, or related discipline is preferred.
