- Strong analytical and communication skills – ability to communicate technical concepts simply to non-technical people.
- Strong statistical background required.
- Strong skills in office package.
- 5 Years of experience working in quality related roles.
- BS business management, Industrial engineer, chemistry, science or related. (equivalent/experience).
Responsibilities
Contract Manufacturing:- Onboarding in Quality Standards to CM
- NCMR support (External)
- Image Master New User set up and maintenance (external)
- Quality inventory movements SAP/WMS - CM
- IM Validation Maintenance of Changes; external
- Canadian DIN FG releases – Release of FG in SAP and Blue Yonder; external
System- SCMS/IM Interface Management and Troubleshooting
- Definition and setup of product expiration dates in SAP Material Master
- Coordinate FDA Systems Validation Management with external supplier (IM, R&D 4.0, etc.)
- Image Master/SharePoint New User Training/ changes/ Troubleshooting and Technical Support
General Quality topics- Writes and provides GMP, shelf life, other compliance letters, notarized and shipped
- Supports customer/consumer complaints program for finished goods
- Collect from internal sites monthly KPI to report to global
- Assists in Holds for finished goods
- Assists in Returns for finished goods
- Performs disposition of materials returned to distribution centers.
Other administrative duties as assigned.
