Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect returned medical devices for accuracy and condition.
- Research and resolve discrepancies in return documentation and inventory records.
- Coordinate decontamination of returned products in accordance with safety protocols.
- Deliver processed items to appropriate internal departments or customers.
- Prepare and manage documentation related to RMAs, service tickets, and exchanges.
- Update databases with return status, inventory adjustments, and service activity.
- Record and report on equipment returns, repairs, and replacement.
- Support logistical operations, including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and customer support teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with medical device handling and decontamination procedures preferred.
- Proficiency in inventory systems and return processing workflows.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of operational data analysis and process improvement.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Expandable & or Oracle is a plus
