Overview
The Marketing Data Analyst supports the operational and analytical foundation of a direct-to-consumer platform by driving data strategy, performance tracking, and insight generation. This role ensures accurate reporting, maintains key data sources, and delivers actionable insights to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Support implementation of the organization’s data strategy, ensuring data availability, quality, and compliance
Collaborate with business intelligence, technology teams, and external partners to maintain and enhance data sources
Document data strategy across teams
Provide requirements for dashboards aligned with KPIs and strategic goals
Track and report performance metrics for key business stakeholders
Develop measurement plans for business initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Conduct analyses using SQL and Excel to identify trends and opportunities to improve customer experience
Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
Support data-driven problem-solving and issue resolution in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Assist with targeting efforts for marketing communications to healthcare providers
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer/data science, or related discipline
1–3 years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in SQL and Excel
Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint
