Job Title: HR Project Manager


Location: Plainsboro, NJ


Type: Contract


Contractor Work Model: Hybrid

Start Date: ASAP thru 12/31/2026 
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9-5 
Pay Rate: Up to $120/hr

 

Required Experience

• 5 years HR experience

• 5 years HR project management or HR transformation

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes

• Proven experience with HR process redesign and optimization

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma certification

• Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile)

• Experience with HRIS systems and digital HR initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR projects ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

• Drive HR process redesign and continuous improvement initiatives

• Assess current HR processes and develop future-state solutions

• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and collaborate with global stakeholders

• Support change management, implementation, and adoption of new processes
