Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Tampa, FL - Hybrid
Hours/Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Type: Contract
The HR Coordinator (Separations) supports the delivery of HR services focused on off-boarding and employee separation processes within a shared services model. This role ensures the accurate and timely execution of HR transactions, data integrity, and compliance with company policies and regulations. The coordinator will collaborate closely with colleagues across HR, providing consistent and efficient service across the enterprise.
ResponsibilitiesReview and process employee separations and related HR transactions accurately and on time
Manage sensitive employee data and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
Utilize HR systems including Workday, ADP, and case management tools to process transactions and resolve inquiries
Maintain and audit HR records to ensure data integrity within compliance frameworks
Generate and synthesize reports using Microsoft Excel and other tools
Support colleague off-boarding and administrative functions such as correspondence, record keeping, and file maintenance
Participate in special technical projects related to HR systems and processes
Identify risks, optimize processes, and support audit and compliance initiatives
Collaborate effectively within a shared services team environment to deliver consistent HR support
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
1–3 years of experience in a large enterprise (10,000 employees) within a shared services or back-office HR environment
Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday and ADP, and strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
Experience managing confidential data and maintaining records accurately
Strong attention to detail and auditing skills
Excellent time management and ability to meet service-level agreements (SLAs)
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Preferred: Experience with HR case management, compliance/audit processes, and HR data analytics
