Job Title: Engineer

Compensation: $41.70- $53.38/hr

Responsibilities
- Design, model, develop, and test machines, structures, or systems in accordance with project requirements.
- Create simulations and prototypes to evaluate and refine designs before final production.
- Monitor product quality and process efficiency to ensure standards are met.
- Evaluate design effectiveness, cost, reliability, and safety considerations.
- Investigate root causes of failures and implement improvements to maintain quality.
- Help develop overall strategy for 2D Barcode implementation of the EU MDR, including Equipment Qualification and Software Validation.
- Work with suppliers and manage change control processes, including PPAP experience.
- Design and validate labeling such as GTIN, UDI, and comply with EU MDR, GS1, and HIBC standards.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of engineering experience in validation and system design.
- Experience in validation processes, including design validation and equipment qualification.
- Valgenesis experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of labeling requirements such as GTIN, UDI, EU MDR, GS1, and HIBC.
- Ability to collaborate with suppliers and manage change control procedures, including PPAP.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or related technical field.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and process improvement methods.
