Overview
Leading pharmaceutical company looking for an experienced Cell Therapy Project Manager. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelors degree and at least 3 years of project management experience preferably in a regulated/validated environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead Continuous Improvement projects within Cell Therapy Global Quality team.
- Schedule, manage meetings and issue notes from meetings.
- Update project dashboard monthly and draft/update charters, project milestones, log risks, etc.
- Manage internal steering meetings and coordinate activities with the team to address related topics.
- Coordinate internal teams supporting programs/projects as needed.
- Involve Subject Matter Experts in change management and process impact discussions.
- Support projects from initiation to closure as per contract obligations and project charter.
- Ensure project closure in project management tools upon completion of all activities.
- Manage resources, project communications, and stakeholder expectations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Identify, document, resolve, or escalate major risks and issues proactively.
- Apply GPS standards and methodologies to verify scope, schedule, budget, and control project progress.
- Develop and implement change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement and communications plans.
- Facilitate leadership alignment and develop action plans with key stakeholders.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in arts, sciences, or engineering is required.
- PMP certification preferred.
- At least 3 years of project management experience.
- Experience working in a regulated/validated environment is a significant plus.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities, considering costs and benefits.
- Critical thinking skills with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Team-oriented attitude with confidence and humility.
- Ability to detect when issues are likely to arise and escalate appropriately.
- Proven ability to analyze information and determine optimal solutions.
