Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tactical support to the Talent Acquisition (TA) team.
- Schedule interviews (phone, video, and in-person), including travel arrangements.
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Confirm interview logistics and support interviewers as needed.
- Coordinate with HR leadership and TA for reporting and metrics.
- Track and maintain requisition data in the applicant tracking system (Workday or similar).
- Manage background checks via HireRight.
- Handle HR/recruitment correspondence and documentation.
- Support virtual and in-person meetings, as well as company events.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Perform general administrative duties supporting HR functions.
Required:- 2 years of project management, administrative, or scheduling experience in a professional services environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
- Excellent attention to detail and urgency in meeting deadlines.
- Strong team orientation and willingness to learn.
- High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Preferred:- Experience with Workday or similar ATS.
- Prior experience supporting both U.S. and European business hours.

- Flexible early shift preferred to support both U.S. and EU teams.
