- Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks and administrative support.
- Oversee scheduling and calendar management for the team, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Manage payroll processes and maintain accurate records.
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Plan and coordinate events as needed, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Maintain filing systems for both physical and digital documents to ensure easy access to information.
- Provide front desk support, ensuring professional phone etiquette.
- Foster a positive office environment through effective communication and team management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also managing individual responsibilities effectively.
- Previous experience with schedule management, bookkeeping, clerical duties, filing systems, calendar management, event planning, and front desk operations is highly desirable.
