Job Title : Photo Processing Assistant
Job Type : Full-Time Seasonal, Non-exempt (eligible for OT)
Position Length : July 29 - December
Location : Eagan, MN
This role supports the JostensPIX Operations Team with the management of School Picture Day digital data and processing materials.
- Execute the daily photo processing flow (including hard drive intake, image uploads, wiping hard drives, etc.)
- Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure customers have access to photos as promised
- Review and validate subject data for accuracy
Support.
- Assist JPIX Operations Team with various office projects throughout the season
- Respond to Customer photo inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service to schools, venders, and internal partners
- Complete projects in our warehouse related to storage and shipment of photography equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years related work experience in a similar role(s)
- Customer facing customer service experience
- Extremely strong attention to detail and organization in a defined process
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment
- Comfortable sitting in front of a computer 90% of the time
- Working level proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
- Adept with technology and learning new software applications
- Flexible disposition and ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing a variety of operational needs
- Independent judgment required to plan, prioritize and organize competing tasks or demands that may be deadline driven
Preferred :
- Experience and interest in photography
- Background or keen understanding of technology
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
