The Inventory/Costing Analyst will support the Finance team in maintaining the integrity of inventory and cost data, ensuring accurate product costing, and providing meaningful analysis to drive operational and financial performance. This role offers an opportunity to gain a deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures and supply chain processes while working cross-functionally to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update standard costs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with current manufacturing conditions and BOM structures.
- Perform monthly cost variance analyses and provide insights on material, labor, and overhead fluctuations.
- Support job costing and cost of goods reporting for manufacturing operations, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and reconcile inventory transactions; manage and analyze physical and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Leverage Excel and ERP tools to prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in operations, supply chain, and finance to streamline costing, BOM accuracy, and inventory processes.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, proposing solutions, and implementing best practices.
- Participate in audits and special projects as required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office required. Proficient in Excel.
- Proactive, organized, with excellent communication skills.
Salary : $58,000 - $68,000
