The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating group therapy sessions for individuals participating in our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The therapist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to clients struggling with mental health and substance abuse issues.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate group therapy sessions for clients in the IOP program
- Conduct individual assessments and develop treatment plans
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress
- Participate in team meetings and clinical supervision
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred
- Experience working with individuals with mental health and with young children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary : $56,000 - $62,000
