Essential Responsibilities And Metrics
- Respond to 10-15 daily inquiries, including live calls, emails, voicemails, and internal referrals,
- ensuring timely and courteous communication.
- Schedule IM CANS initial assessment appointments within 24 hours of completed registration
- forms, considering both client preferences and provider availability
- Collect and verify demographic and insurance information from new clients to facilitate efficient
- service initiation.
- Provide prompt and effective support to in-person walk-in clients, ensuring a positive client
- experience.
- Process hospital referrals and follow established intake procedures.
- Distribute intake and onboarding paperwork to new clients as part of the enrollment process.
- Provide respectful, welcoming, and professional interaction with all clients and visitors.
- Gather essential information from new clients to initiate services efficiently.
- Support additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
- B S in Psychology, Counseling, or a related human service field
- 1 year of previous health care experience
