Essential Responsibilities And Metrics
- Oversee Care Coordination programs including Northwestern, IHPA, and Elk Grove.
- Responsible for Case assignments being timely to maximize clinician productivity
- Assumes leadership role monitoring waitlist clients and wait times
- Ensure that Psychiatric Schedulers are working efficiently to maximize practitioners productivity.
- Prepare Compliance reports to adhere to KPI'S and contractual timeframes.
- Participate in Clinical leadership meetings and assist with accreditation activities

Qualifications
- Licensed for independent clinical practice in the State of Illinois in mental health or related field
- Competence in interdisciplinary and inter-agency collaboration
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive and successful clinical management experience preferable with a non-profit organization
- Demonstrated administrative and organizational skills Advanced oral and written communication skills
- Ability to think critically and analytically and to problem solve in both short- and long-term contexts
- An understanding of current thinking in the field of mental health, regarding clinical trends and best practice
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
