  • Monitor and report on critical RCM KPIs (e.g., Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), Days Cash on Hand DCOH), clean claim rates, denial rates, and collection efficiency.
  • Translate complex data sets into clear, scannable, and executive-ready visual presentations.

Month-End Close & Team Support

  • Partner directly with the accounting team to assist with the month-end close process within NetSuite, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Support the RCM leadership team by preparing monthly operational packages, financial reports, and specialized data deep-dives utilizing records from SmartCare.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate data anomalies, reconcile system discrepancies, and streamline financial reporting workflows.

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is strictly required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a financial and/or business analyst.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (e.g., advanced formulas, Pivot Tables with query slicers, Power Query, macros, complex financial modeling).
  • Proficient user of Power BI with a proven track record of building data models and production-level dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior analytical experience within the healthcare industry (highly preferred).
