💎 We’re Hiring: Head Jeweler | Overland Park, KS
For nearly 50 years, Joslin’s Jewelry has proudly served Overland Park and the surrounding Kansas City community as a family-owned and operated jeweler.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Head Jeweler to lead our bench team and help uphold the craftsmanship, quality, and service our customers have trusted for generations.
What You’ll Do
• Serve as our lead jeweler, performing custom work, repairs, and fine finishing
• Lead, manage, and mentor our bench jewelers
• Oversee daily workflow, quality control, and turnaround times
• Maintain an organized and efficient shop, including tools, equipment, and supplies
• Collaborate closely with our family team to provide an exceptional customer experience
What We’re Looking For
• Proven bench jeweler experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong skills in soldering, stone setting, resizing, casting, and other fine jewelry repair and fabrication techniques
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• The ability to train, motivate, and lead a team
Schedule
Tuesday–Saturday | 8:30 AM–6:00 PM
