Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Cleaner to join our team in providing exceptional cleaning services for our incoming tenant's apartments. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a passion for cleanliness, and experience in various cleaning techniques. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where customer satisfaction is our top priority. The Residential Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of residential spaces, ensuring a comfortable and healthy environment for our tenants and also responsible for cleaning our newly prepped available apartments.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated spaces
- Execute floor care tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting surfaces and ensuring proper hygiene practices throughout the complex
- Manage janitorial tasks such as waste disposal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment
- Follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning products to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services; hotel or custodial experience is a plus
- Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 30 pounds, and bending or kneeling as needed
- Experience with laundry and housekeeper management is preferred
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is advantageous
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for timely service delivery
