**The Opportunity:**
We are seeking an experienced Removal Climber to join our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels in tree removal and is looking for a challenging and rewarding position.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform complex tree removals safely and efficiently
- Operate advanced rigging equipment and techniques
- Collaborate closely with ground crew to ensure seamless operations
- Conduct site assessments to identify potential hazards and plan removal strategies
- Maintain and operate equipment such as chainsaws, ropes, and harnesses
- Participate in safety briefings and adhere to all safety protocols
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tree removal climbing
- Proficient in advanced rigging techniques and equipment operation
- Strong understanding of tree biology and safe removal practices
- Excellent physical fitness and ability to work at heights
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- ISA Certification preferred but not required
