About The Role
Crew Leaders oversee daily job-site execution while working alongside their crew. This is a customer-facing role that requires clear communication, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of personalities - including homeowners, property managers, sales arborists, and crew members.
You'll be trusted to represent Joshua Tree Experts on job sites and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in a way that reflects the culture we're intentionally building in Tampa.

You'll be trusted to represent Joshua Tree Experts on job sites and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in a way that reflects the culture we're intentionally building in Tampa.
What You'll Do
- Lead and work alongside the tree crew performing residential and commercial tree care
- Perform and delegate pruning, removals, cabling, and bracing
- Operate lifts, loaders, chainsaws, chippers, and related equipment safely
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Coordinate with sales and office teams to ensure job scope alignment
- Monitor equipment condition and job-site safety
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork
- Minimum 5 years of professional tree care experience
- Strong understanding of safe tree care operations
- Ability to climb and work safely and efficiently
- Comfort interacting with customers and leading crews
- Ability to work effectively with different personalities
- Valid driver's license (CDL-B preferred)
- ISA Certified Arborist preferred, but not required
