Joshua Tree Experts, the leader in outdoor home services, is seeking a Tree Climber to join our safety-first, and fast growing team in Stockertown, PA. We're focused on investing in YOU with paid education and top-tier equipment to get the job done.
Your Role:
- Perform all residential/commercial tree & shrub car alongside the crew lead.
- Safely operate lifts, loaders, and saws.
- Ensure client satisfaction and job site safety.
- Maintain equipment and adhere to safety standards.
- Must be available to work at least 40 hours per week
You Bring:
- 3 years tree care and climbing experience (pruning, removals, SRT/DRT climbing).
- Understand and follow ANSI standards for Tree Care Operations
- Understanding of aerial lift and bucket operations.
- Expertise in tree species, diseases, and care.
- Proficient with tree care equipment (chainsaws, chippers, stump grinders).
- Strong problem-solving & communication skills.
- Valid DL & clean driving record, over 21 years of age (insurance purposes).

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
